The Great Guinness Toast with Poor Ould Goat

Officially, The Great Guinness Toast was held on Friday Feb. 16th at 11 pm est, but we had so much fun playing it at the Irish Center that we held a second toast the next evening for the very nice folks in Olean NY at Sean Patrick's.
